Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Galway United Friends Co-operative will be held at The Connacht Hotel, Galway on Monday, April 29th, 2019 at 8.00pm.

- Adoption of standing orders
- Adoption of minutes
- Consideration and adoption of audited accounts
- Appointment of auditor
- Election of the board of the co-op
- Any other business
Notes
As per rule 11(c), one-third (4 of 11) of the current board (committee) will be stepping down. Any co-op members who are interested in serving on the board for the coming year can email info@gufc-coop.com at least three days prior to the meeting
Only members who are in good standing will be eligible to vote on the night. Existing members can renew their subscription on the night, but new memberships must be processed at least one week prior to the meeting (April 22nd) to be eligible for voting privileges.
Any motions for consideration at the AGM must be submitted to the secretary at info@gufc-coop.com at least three days prior to the meeting.
